Love or Mistake? When a relationship ends do you then consider it a mistake or do you consider it love that wasn't meant to be? I guess you look back and consider certain relationships a mistake, and some that weren't meant to be. But in the long run I guess you look at all relationships as a learning experience. You take the good with the bad and try to move on. Or at least convince yourself to.

Can we ever turn our love to friendship with a person that it didn't work out with. Or are we forever doomed into awkward situations when we meet our ex? Maybe our friendship with an ex is a way of saying thank you for all the fun filled memories that were created together, or maybe our love can never turn into friendship becuase we never let go.

Metafilter: Just who are our allies in Afghanistan?
An excellent article that shows how the U.S. will quickly change sides for their own interests. The U.S. hired and trained people like Osmam bin Laden to fight the northern alliance, now that they started thinking for themselves, the U.S. does not like that. What does U.S. really want, puppets they can control? I think the best quote I heard was from an inteview on 60 minutes by an Imam who said, "Osama Bin Laden is made in America".
